FAQ

What if I move before 10 years?

• Membership can transfer to the new homeowner if you would like. Great selling point when listing your home. Repaint timeline/account balance stays with the home, program VIP status progression goes with you.
• Alternatively, you can bring it with you to your next home. All timelines/account balance stay as they where as if you stayed in the previous home, no disruption. 

What if I cancel early?

• You keep services already completed, but repaint guarantee only applies to active members through Year 10. You can pay the pro-rated amount to have your home repainted at the time of cancellation but all balances will be zeroed at time of cancellation. 
• Alternatively, you can pause your account for up to 9 months if you just need the financial break. Limited to once per 10 year cycle.

Do I really get a repaint for free?

Yes — your monthly contributions build into our reserve fund, which guarantees your repaint at Year 10. Labor + materials included. 

What paint do you use?

Sherwin Williams Emerald. Platinum members receive a premium (Emerald Rain Refresh) line upgrade. 

All top shelf prep supplies. 

What if my home needs repainting before the 10 years?

This program is meant for newly painted homes but if you sign up and your home needs painting before the first 10 years is up, we pro-rate the rest of the program and charge it as one lump sum (this doesn't make sense for homeowners that will be needing exterior painting in the next 6 years. On the flip side, the program will absolutely prolong the life of the paint job you have currently so you'd have to do the math to see if it makes sense to join the program before your next exterior repaint.)
