Lightmen Painting is looking for an experienced painter who wants more than just another job.
This role is built for someone with real field experience who wants the opportunity to grow into leadership, run work, build a crew, and potentially move into a work-to-own / partner-style opportunity over time.
We are not looking for someone who just wants to clock in, do the minimum, and disappear. We want someone who thinks bigger, takes ownership, communicates well, understands production, and wants to help build something real.
You should already know how to paint professionally, manage yourself on the job, maintain quality, and carry responsibility. Over time, the right person may have the opportunity to take on more leadership, help manage projects, help drive production, and step into a larger operational role tied to growth and ownership potential.
