Qualifying Lightmen Painting projects include our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty at no additional charge. If a covered issue occurs because of our workmanship, we’ll make it right according to the terms of your project warranty.
If the price changes, you’ll know why before the work happens. Your estimate clearly defines the work we’re agreeing to perform. If we uncover something that changes the scope, we’ll explain it, show you what we found, and get your approval before additional work or charges are added. No mystery invoices at the end of the project.
We don’t just finish the painting and disappear. Before we consider your project complete, we’ll walk the finished work with you and address agreed-upon workmanship touch-ups within the contracted scope. We want you to see the finished project, ask questions, and know exactly what was completed.
