Lightmen Painting is hiring a driven, consistent lead generator to help book qualified painting estimates in the Portland area.

Your job is simple:

This is not a sit-around-and-look-busy role. We want someone who can communicate clearly, stay consistent without babysitting, handle rejection, and keep activity moving every day.

You will be helping generate real painting leads through a proven 4-channel system that includes Facebook groups, direct messages, local partnership outreach, and classified platforms like Craigslist and Nextdoor.

  • Refresh and respond through Craigslist, Nextdoor, and similar channels
  • Move conversations toward scheduled estimates
  • Track outreach and daily results
  • Report conversations started, estimates booked, leads that showed, what worked, and what did not
  • Maintain daily activity targets and keep the pipeline moving
